Cat Picture of the Day

Although this cat isn't actually up for adoption, his saucy demeanor and downright cuteness remind us why looking after our feline friends is so important.

What about this makes it a weak choice for an "abstract" picture to forward an argument for a blog about adopting pets?

    For one, this picture is too obvious of a connection--a picture of a cat for a blog about adopting cats. It adds no new insight to this topic. The image also has many other issues: poor quality, too small, strange background color, and center-aligned instead of the default left.
